Join us as we develop innovative no-code/low-code tech solutions, assess data needs, and enhance our operations at U&I. This role requires you to use AirTable/Softr/Bubble/Sheets etc. to build out no-code/low-code solutions for different programs at U&I.
Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment - Understand data management requirements, mapping out these needs against potential tech tools.
- Solution Architecture - Design no-code/low-code tech solutions that focus on ease of access, intuitive design, and instructional components for end-users.
- Testing & Integration - Conduct beta testing to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of these solutions, before integrating live data and SOPs into workflows across the organization.
- Operational Support - Provide ongoing support for tools developed in areas such as troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Training - Train others on the use of new tools and technologies, building capacity across the organization.
Must Haves:
- A passion for developing and implementing tech solutions, particularly in the social impact or non-profit sector.
- Effective under pressure (like 007 or Lara Croft; you get the idea), goal oriented and proactive (At U&I, we believe in chasing goals). We’re sure you're a multi-tasking wunderkind!
- Good knowledge of Excel and other basic data management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large amounts of data effectively and efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills are the secret of your energy. Like Boost.
- An attitude of learning and self-improvement, especially when it comes to systems and tech.
- Communication skills; you’ll have to be able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, while also liaising impact requirements back to technical personnel.
- Excellent people management skills to manage a plethora of stakeholders.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms.
- Basic understanding of data management and security principles.
